Government

The City of Commerce is structured as a City Manager form of government.

Each department has a department head that handles daily operations.

Elections for the Mayor and the Mayor Pro-Tem are city wide while the Councilmen are elected by ward.

Within the city are also Boards of Directors and committees that are comprised of our citizens.
