The City of Commerce is proud to serve our community by offering several options for citizens to report non-emergency issues. You can play a proactive part in our city by reporting problems you see in your community so that we can better serve you. Please complete this form and the appropriate staff member(s) will review and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

To report an outage please call (706) 335-4200 during normal business hours. For after-hours, please call (706) 335-3164. If it is an emergency, please call 911.

To report a gas leak, please call the Gas Department at (706) 335-3317.

For utility billing concerns or questions, please contact Customer Service at (706) 335-3164 during normal business hours of 8 am – 5 pm.

If a maintenance item is an emergency condition, please call 911.
