City Clerk

The City Clerk is to assist the City Manager and serve as the official record keeper for the city. In addition, the City Clerk serves as the Custodian of Open Record Requests. Beginning September 1, 2024, public comment will be held during Commerce City Council Work Session meetings which are typically held the first Monday of every month. Individuals wishing to address the City Council shall make a request to the City Clerk no later than 4pm on the Thursday preceding the Work Session meeting. For more information, please email shaggard@commercega.gov or call 706-336-3288. Individuals will have 5 minutes to address city council at the beginning of the meeting.
